Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Telangana:- The Chief Minister of Telangana, Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao unveiled a scheme on Thursday. This program is also known as Gruha Lakshmi Telangana 2023 Scheme. The name of the scheme makes its goal clear, as the word Gruha Lakshmi in India refers to the woman in charge of the household and the family deity. The government will provide a certain amount of financial assistance under the scheme to help the women of the family build their own house. Dalit families will be benefited by this Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Yojana if they are unable to build their own house due to financial difficulties. Three payments have to be made to get the benefit.

For Dalit women of the state, the Telangana government has launched a new program that will provide a loan of Rs 3 lakh to help them build a house. This financial assistance will be sent directly to your bank account. According to Gruha Lakshmi Yojana Telangana, 4 lakh houses will be built in the Telangana state with a budget of Rs 12,000 crore, and 1,000,000 houses will be built with a budget of Rs 4,12 crore. Gruha Lakshmi will give a lump sum donation to each beneficiary so that they can construct a house as per their needs.

More than 119,300 houses have been sanctioned across all constituencies, and an additional 43,000 houses have been sanctioned under the state quota.
The program will be tested in Huzurabad assembly district. Statewide deployment of the program will be done in phases, depending on how well its implementation goes in Huzurabad.

07 August Update:- 7,940 houses provided under Gruha Lakshmi scheme in Bhupalpally and Mulugu districts.

Bhupalpally and Mulugu districts have been given 7,940 houses as part of the Gruha Lakshmi initiative, which aims to provide affordable housing for the less fortunate. Bhupalpally and Mulugu district collectors Bhavesh Mishra and Ila Tripathi have invited eligible people to apply for financial assistance under the program before the August 10 deadline. The government has approved the construction of 4,150 houses in Bhupalpally district. Of them, 2,650 will be constructed in Bhupalpally assembly district, while 1,500 of them are planned for Manthani assembly district.

Meanwhile, 3,790 houses have been sanctioned in Mulugu district, of which 2,590 are designated for Mulugu assembly constituency and 1,200 for Bhadrachalam assembly constituency. Interested parties should submit their applications at the authorized Gruha Lakshmi counters established in Collectorate offices, local divisional offices or municipal offices. The selection of beneficiaries will be done in a transparent manner and in accordance with legal requirements. According to the press note issued by the collectors, the field inspection is expected to be completed by August 20. The final beneficiary selection is to be done by August 25.

03 June Update:- Gruha Lakshmi Yojana Telangana will start next month

Telangana is going to start a new program. From next month, Gruha Lakshmi will provide underprivileged women Rs. They will be given a grant of Rs 3 lakh to help them build their houses on their properties and from June 24, 1.5 lakh tribals will start getting title deeds over 4 lakh acres of ‘Podu’ land. Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao made these announcements on Friday at a function organized to honor the establishment of the state. Launching the 21-day decennial festival at the major official event held at the State Secretariat, the Griha Lakshmi project is for the underprivileged who have their own land but cannot build houses.
